Guests and Staff Members,
Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, all staff members must take necessary sanitary actions. All staff must be wearing masks and have body temperatures taken in order to provide the best experience for customers.
To cooperate with the major disease control centers, we are not able to accept customers who had stayed in mentioned area of CDC's announcement. For those who have previously paid before this announcement, we will offer refunds.
*All hotel staff including suppliers and all guest visiting the hotel premises must wear masks and have their body temperatures measured and recorded.
*We kindly ask all guest to check temperatures at check-in.
*If any hotel guests shows symptoms, such as coughing or a high body temperature (≧37.5°C) . Please inform our associate for assistance. We will assist the guest to seek medical attention.
*The hotel is obligated to report to corresponding authorities and reserves the right to refuse any person who fails to comply with instructions entry.
*Hand sanitizers are available in the public areas and the main entrances. The staff will disinfect the entire premises regularly to maintain a clean environment.
*The furniture, floor, and bathrooms in all guest rooms are cleaned with anti-bacterial cleaners to safeguard accommodation quality.
*Disinfectant sprays are available in the hotel’s reception area and restaurants.
*Ear thermometers are available to assist guest to take their temperatures.
*If any hotel guest feels unwell or suffer symptoms, please wear face mask and contact any associates for further assistance.
